Hyndman Londonderry Public Library
SMALL LIBRARY THAT THINKS BIG!
Our library serves residents of Hyndman Borough and Londonderry Township. Which includes, Madley, Cooks Mills, and Stringtown to name a few. We have many popular fiction books, children’s books, magazines, New Release DVD's, local newspapers and Free Wi-Fi. Through the Altoona Library, we are able to offer eBooks. We hold a large variety of Hyndman-Londonderry history, as well as Bedford County history in our newly located History/Meeting Room. Among re-arranging some things, we have also rejuvenated the entire indoors of the library.
Covid 19 Response
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the order of Governor Tom Wolf, the Hyndman-Londonderry Public Library is closed to the public until further notice.
You may keep your books until the situation has resolved. There will be no fines for the foreseeable future.
You can use your card for any of our online resources, found here on this website.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope to see you inside the building soon.
